This exciting new campus complex includes a 300 room dormitory, numerous teaching forums (including a kosher culinary school) and a complete gymnasium. The Design Development plans were completed last week.

MTM&A's Brentwood Project, which includes such diverse pieces as, guiding from entitlements through build-out of an 8,000+ Sq.Ft. upscale restaurant, to structural repairs and modifications to the parking structure, to installation of a 3,000 gallon grease interceptor, to the refinishing of the 10 story office tower. MTM&Arepresents the landlord, and has recently been selected to be the General Contractor on the restaurant build-out. Construction to start early September.

Start Date: October, 2012 MTM&A is restructuring a 100 year old, 52,000 Sq.Ft., commercial warehouse in the heart of Los Angeles. Completion is slated for early September.
523 W 7th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90014 Status: In Progress In the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, MTM&A is completing construction on a Korean Tapas restaurant known as Savor DTLA. MTM&A has been involved in design, and permitting through construction.

Status: In Progress MTM&ANOLA broke ground on the synagogue mid July. This 11,000 square foot historic property is the oldest synagogue in New Orleans. The property is undergoing a complete historical restoration and is being converted to a 13 unit apartment building.
